During karaoke session with my colleagues last year, I still remember when my colleague told me that that she has a friend that she wanted to introduce to me, I was like...erk...really for what reason?

She said, Emm...I don't know well you are single and so does she (i think so), so yeah she gave me her friend's phone number and I asked whether to directly call her or just text. This is no me being single or what not, I just wanted to expand my circle of friends, tak salah kan hahaha

Oh texting will be good for introduction, and I..oh okay then I'm cool with that. Then we just continue our singing session at Red Box The Gardens until god knows the time is hahahahaha...

The next day is Saturday and yes, I randomly texted the number that was given to me last night with so skema introduction

Good Morning K***, I wanted to let you know that your friend has given your number to me last night, so selamat berkenalan - aizuddin

She replied, Oh ok, morning...yeah she did said that she had given my phone number to you and yes selamat berkenalan too

That's it...from that on we've been texting about everything from working life to personal life. It has been fun texting with her as there are a lot that I've learn from her and yes she has a mix-breed cat name Lulu, hye Lulu!

She also very funny, really hope that this new friendship will last long as this is very random

Tidak, sudah tentu tidak! Korang pikir watak-watak ini apa, Playboy? Hahaha

Nasib baik seorang pengguna Tumblr Petite Tiaras telah menggunakan kepakaran skill photoshop beliau untuk mengabadikan mimpi aku...erk..I mean your dream a reality, is it?!. Beliau betul-betul mengabadikan seluruh konsep watak-watak dalam francais Disney. Aladdin dalam Time Magazine, Hercules dalam majalah kegemaran aku, Men's Fitness. Cover yang paling buat aku tak tahan gelak sampai ROFL (Roll On the Floor) ialah Beast yang menghiasi cover National Geographic..betul-betul LOLed hard!

Isu baru majalah-majalah polular ini bukan sahaja eye-candy, malahan isu terbaru Men's Health, watak Mushu dalam Mulan telah merakamkan segala pencapaian dan kekangan beliau dalam hidup. Oh, bukan itu sahaja, in the next issue of Details, John Smith secara ekslusif memberi sedikit hint berkenaan `new found land'.

Selepas meneliti semua karya beliau, memang menarik dan agak kelakar untuk tatapan korang. Jika itu tidak cukup, Petite Tiaras juga telah menyediakan galeri khas untuk puteri-puteri Disney dalam kulit majalah Women's beberapa bulan yang lepas. InsyaAllah aku akan share lagi dalam post akan datang.

Dah lama aku in hiatus al maklumlah urusan kerja di luar kawasan read:outstation. Aku dah nak dekat seminggu lebih dekat India specifically dekat Bangalore dan sekarang dekat Greater Noida berhampiran Delhi dan Ghaziabad (sila google if tak tau).

Alhamdulillah so far, I like the environment mungkin sebab sekarang menghampiri musim sejuk so cuaca agak berangin dan sejuk sekitar 20 - 24 darjah celcius, bagi aku ok lagi kurang sikit aku berpeluh. Bercakap pasal berpeluh, aku hanya berpeluh dekat sini bila makan masakan yang pedas kat sini wow memang menarik.

Found this statement from fellow blogger that I must said that I always envy the way she writes

It amazed me that a high school teacher can write and come out with such a beautiful quote. I somewhat agreed to the quote whereby even though you have met some difficulties in your love life in the past and at the moment there are new love that coming in but unfortunately because of the unforgivable history you don't give the chance the new comers to come in and nurture the care and love to you.

The meaning is very straight forward and it rhyme well with the sentences, most people like rainbow and rainbow only occurs after the rain has stops which some of us willing to wait for the rain to stop just to see the magnificent phenomenon created by Allah SWT and it happens again and again after rain.

So,

Long Hiatus

Yosh!

It has been a while (read: long time already) i've been in hiatus which I don't frequently update this blog. Don't have the idea what to write, used to think that I should write about my working life as currently it has been on amazing phase but when think about it futher, naah...it will be bored and there's no people coming here pun.

What make me want to write back?

Well for some reason, a friend just randomly asked me about my previous food blog which also has been idle for quite a long time and also she asked about my personal blog. Well, as usual the no idea reasons become my best answer to her and added the flavor of `no time' quote.

No idea? really?

It's not that I don't have the idea to write but the enthusiastic to write and elaborate the elements that occurred in my mind that make it hard for me to start typing, its not the same as writing report as that is my task to do it and it has been the drive for me to gain further information in order to complete the report on time. Oh yeah, FYI I'm targeting to issue my draft report by the end of the month and I hope this will be my greatest report for my first.

Report, what report?

Well, as most of you know that i'm in control & risk management working line short for Internal Audit. As such, our only product that we can sell to the client is well the Internal Audit report. Currently, I'm doing audit on sales & marketing at Johor and we have been here for nearly 3 weeks including the days that we has to come back to the office for discussion with my boss, that was fun!.

Now, I'm back again at Johor to re-clarify our findings and I'm hoping that I can issue the draft report in timely manner. Oh last weekend (Saturday night to be exact) me and couple of friends got the chance to saw The Secret Life of Nora by Enfiniti Productions at Istana Budaya, well the show was OK but the people who join me for the show were awesome.

Oh ya, before that on Saturday morning me and my team went to Cyberjaya Paintball park to train as like the blog it has been long hiatus since our last training as we target to enter the paintball tournament starting next year (read:small tournaments). I have bruise here and there and there are a lot that we need to improve and it is good that on that day we manage to get guidance from the pros and we still need to get the numbers for the team which we still has not come out with the confirmed numbers, yet. Wish us the best for it!

Cowboys & Aliens

Hello guys,

This would be my said on the latest movie by Universal Studios, Cowboys & Aliens which I watched last Friday night

The story line goes on slow but I think Jon Favreau (director of Iron Man) did it that way so that the audience will understand the movie which I think for me yes, it is easy to understand on the reason to why Jake had lost his memories at first.

Starring: Daniel Craig, Harrison Ford and Olivia Wilde

It has been a while since we've been serve to a Wild-Wild West era type of movie and this has been a nice fusion take has a modern feel in it.

Daniel Craig doing a good job talking in `Cowboy' style accent instead of his typical British accents as a bond (fact:he is British).

I dont't know why the aliens use acowboy style to kidnapped the people from the town using lasso well at least it has been modernised using metal instead of rope, why dont you use laser beam or what so ever.

Olivia Wilde as always, look stunning in this movie and also her character of a different race of alien that determine to find out the weaknesses of the gold-sucking aliens.

The scene where the Apache work together with the cowboys is cool, the usage of spear and handgun but I wonder why they did't steal the laset rifle from the aliens when they died?

I like the character of Colonel Woodrow Dolarhyde played by Harrison Ford, his charismatic and personality of retired command officer that bring to the succesfullness of saving his sons with the others really nicely done.

I still wonder why the aliens wanted to extract gold from the earth which Jon Favreau doesn't elaborate much on it rather than when Ella (Olivia) said that it has the same necessity from the human in term of mining gold.

I think Daniel Craig is quite old for the charater of Jake Lonergan

For a mere 118 minutes I found out this movie quite entertaining and Jon Favreau has bring to us something different apart from Predators & Aliens.

Project X-Sabertooth - Monster is born

On the weekend after my 1 week on job assignment at Abu Dhabi, me and my friend has set the time to start the project that I've been planning since the beginning of the year and saving for it since last year. The Project X-Sabertooth.

At first the plan was to opt for my friend old mobo (motherboard) which is from LGA 775 chipset from Asus but after much thinking and also considering that this monster need to sustain for another 3 - 5 years I opt for i7 chipset instead. These project comprise of 4 stages as follows:

Stage 1 (end of April)

System set up where I need to gather and list down all the components that suit to my budget but also powerfull enough to handle future upgrades and yes 5 years of usage. For this one, all the set up has been completed as follows:

Intel i7 960 3.2 Ghz LGA 1366
Asus Sabertooth X58 LGA 1366 motherboard (this how the project got its name)
Kingston 6GB DDR3 1600 CL9 Hyper-X (2GB x 3)
Western Digital 2TB (64 MB) SATA HDD
Sapphire Radeon HD 6870 Toxic 1 GB DDR5
Samsung Optical DVD-RW SATA 24X Optical Drive
Cooler Master Silent Pro M 700W PSU
Cooler Master HAF-X 942 Black Full Tower Casing (transparent side panel)
MS Windows 7 Home Premium (Retail Pack 64-bit)

and yet one my my friend said that this was a low-mid-end setup....sigh

these are the component for this project..yeah low-mid-end damn-it!

This set-up cost me about RM 4.3k without the monitor

Stage 2 (May)

For this month, the planning was to buy the 3 monitors that will enable me to use the Eyefinite function from the GPU (Graphic Processing Unit) but when look at the budget, I will just buy 1 monitor 1st and I will post the picture later.

Update: I've already purchased a Full HD LED

For this 2nd stage also, I'm planning to get a good pair of 2.1 speaker (2 satellite speakers and a sub woofer) which either from Altec Lansing, Klipsh, Corsair or Creative...and depends on the budget. As far as space is concern and I don't have a computer table to lay the monster, I will also need a table for it to sit. I'm thinking IKEA..cheap and reliable..hmmm ok kot?

Stage 3 (June onwards)

For the third stage, after deliberating with my friend and do some research, I'm thinking to replace the stock CPU and GPU fan with Water Cooling (WC) system. This project will cost me another RM 2k and to choose either normal EK, Swiftech and Bitspower product or import the WCs product from either Koolance or Aquacomputer. Anyhow, I will post on this specifically in future post.

Stage 4 (end of 2011 onwards)

After all the WCs has been set-up, I'm planning to do some upgrading in term of GPU (CrossFireX) and also increase the memory. At his stage, overclocking will be the main reason for the WCs setup. This also will be cover later.

Bones made of metal: Wolverine

Since I knew or make to know Wolverine in Marvel's X-Men series I always adored how the creator of X-Men made the idea on creating a character that look like mutant but the fact is that he is no mutant but a mere-artificially-created human or can I just said Super Human with his Claws and bones that made of Adamantium and has the ability to heal himself. Nevertheless, I think this ability made him one of the favorite character in X-Men series and has his own fan despite the ever popular Cyclop and Gambit.

One of the original X-Men members - Wolverine a.k.a Logan

Despite the ever popular X-Men franchise in term of their animated series and also a couple of movies, X-Men, X-Men 2 and X-Men 3. Marvel has took the initiative to made a movies that focus towards each of the popular character in the
`X-Men: Origins' series and they has start off with X-Men Origins : Wolverine with the star of an Australian, Hugh Jackman as Logak a.k.a Wolverine. In my opinion, Mr Hugh has brough up the characted nicely up to the fan's expectation with the appearences and also the charisma of the character. Me myself has be amongst others a big fan of Hugh Jackman.

However, when he need to travel which on the moview there will always his motorcycle and also the ever popular Blackbird, I always wonder how it is like when he need to travel using the commercial plane, how the hell he can passed the metal detector gate? maybe like this?

Land of the Desert

As the self explainatory subject, InsyaAllah if everything are okay I will be away for "work" purposes to the UAE, Abu Dhabi & Dubai specifically. I know it will be a hectic trip as we are in the midst of doing an ad-hoc work whereby a lot of interviewing and discussion need to be done as well here in Malaysia (going to Faber-Mercu-Faber) now and then.

If I have the chance I will take some photos of me there. When I popped the news to the DCs, they were like excited about me going there and asked me whether I have the time to go to the the F1 circuit, play snowball in one of the amusement parks and also to visit the Ferrari's theme park that is located in Abu Dhabi, Ferarri World. but the sad thing is that when I browse through their website I was stumble to see the ticket price for General Admission with a price tag of AED 225, which I think it's a normal price for a theme park that is located at the oil rich country Abu Dhabi.

Looking at the price tag and also the work load that I anticipate, I think the chances for me to visit Ferrari World is very small in regards to the hefty price tag and also the time, but the main factor will be the price tag LOL. Anyhow, if I have the chance to see it from the outside pun okay.

Can't wait! but at the same time I hope we doesn't need to go there as there will be a lot..lot of work to be done.

Last Sunday, after I've sent my shoe for repair and me and my friends got nothing to do and we decided to watch this

instead of our original plan to watch Rango (damn!) but anyhow, here is my review

Director: Jonathan Liebesman

Who's in it: Aaron Eckhart (the guy as Harvey Dent in The Dark Knight), Michele Rodriguez (you already knew her from most of action movies or most of the movies), Ne-Yo (yes the hip-hop star)

What's it about: When an alien invasion strikes all major cities on Earth, it’s up to Staff Sergeant Michael Nantz to lead a troop of green Marines into the heart of battle to retrieve civilians caught in the crossfire despite hes supposedly to retire from his 20 years of service.

Why I like it: It’s probably the best gritty alien invasion movie to date, with a great leading man in Aaron Eckhart’s tortured Michael Nantz and a multi-ethnic backup cast that can stand well on its own. The special effects are reminiscent of ‘District 9’ with its gritty real-life feel which what I really like about it. The action has been nicely done.

Why I don't: The aliens seem somewhat half-baked as I don’t really find out their motive for invasion except some speculations from an expert (water), and you don’t really see the aliens in detail. Some of the supporting cast merely serves as cannon fodder, and does Michele Rodriguez have to play every tough girl in Hollywood??. Nevetheless, yes it is very Americans movie.

Verdict: This is popcorn entertainment at its best- an action film with a very human plot that puts you in the protagonists cheering squad every time. Unfortunately, some of the plot isn’t quite there, but it doesn’t really matter if you just want to see humans repulse an alien invasion through nothing but indomitable spirits.

Ratings: 3.5 out of 5

Sucker Punch

Last week, I manage to watched this movie that I've been waiting since last year when they roll out the poster of Blondie. Yes, for 2011, I would change the format of my review to a simple version rather than `karangan' style

Director: Zack Snyder (the guy who also involve in upcoming Superman movie)

Who's in it: Emily Browning, Vanessa Hudgens, Abbie Cornish, Jamie Chung, Jena Malone

What's it about: Locked against her own will and framed for a murder she didn't commit (usual stuff), Babydoll (Browning) turns to her new friends to devise a plot to escape from the mental institution by, get this, her imagination (more or less like Inception).

Why I like it: Guns, bombs, flying kicks and visually-pleasing effects; the film doesn't get better than this. Best to watch all that on the on 2D or 3D. Plus it's Zack and he can do whatever he wants; even if it means dressing five hot girls in scintillating outfits (I really like this)

Why I don't: About the plot, there's nothing visionary about it as I don't see the punch albeit the `Sucker Punch' for the title. I must said that it has terrible storyline as some of the story has been cut-short maybe to give the way for the imagination of Babydollm but brilliant effects.Pity

Verdict: I still give this film a spin for its dramatic direction, albeit the careless plot. We reckon Zack should just stick to directing and leave the storywriting to others. Anyway just enjoy the all-round-slow-motion-effects. Nuff said

Hey guys,

Sorry for the long hiatus, I've been hooked by my work and also never ending invitation from friends to join this and that which it was a fun thing to do since I've no commitment to adhere to. Anyhow, I have gotten into my reading mode back and yes, not just blog reading as I manage to buy some books for this 1st quarter (I've planned to but couple of books for every quarter of this year).

Some of the books that I've already bough were Doctor In The House - Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamed, Get Rich and Be Happy - Robert T.Kiyosaki (one of my favourite author) and also The Greatness Guide: Book 2 - Robin Sharma. As at this time, I have read the first 2 books in the list whereby I found out these are some of the great materials to read and the reason I only started with this two books is that the 1st book is very thick which I only got the time to read and will try to read one chapter or more each night as it is quite thick for a mere 100bucks book (that is considered cheap and worth buying) and the other is the Kiyosaki's book which at this time I manage to read near to half of the book in one day as it so interesting on how to make the money work for you and to realized that to have a stable income does not promise you a better life.

Further, I also has found out that Esquire has landed it feet into Malaysia market, and yes I already gotten a copy of it the Premier Issue and was thinking to subscribe with my Men's Health subscription which up till now I never manage to continue to renew my subscription which I am planning to do it soon.

Short term memory lost

I don't know it is me of my brain which is still me, I'm sort of encounter short term memory lost and it is tremendously frequent which I don't know it is because of the work loads that comprising of lots of data analysing, eating to many crispy fish head (ohh nice) or it just happen to I'm easily forgetfull.

Last few weeks it sort of happens again whereby the information that I've gather more or less contradicting with the info that I get from others and yes, the frustration by the other party can be seen. I'm so sorry if maybe I look like pretending but I don't know how to put it that the short term memory lost is not a make-up and it is real deal. Maybe I should eat lots of healthy food and more towards consuming fish-based oil rather than its head. LOL

I have stumble upon a statement from my close friends which I'm very close to her referring that we've been together since our A-Level and we still contact each other till now.

Well she said that, sometime I will an inferior to her as opposed that in view of the lifestyle that I've been practicing which more towards urban, stylish and up-scale which I have a deep thinking on it, am I?

I don't blame anybody for saying that which sometimes I agreed with them but still I'm the same old me, simple, shy, unattractive and not your guy-next-door, better still people can be judgemental and usually we will be affected what people were talking about us and the result that you can see now more or less were from the feedback from people surroundings.

Why I'm saying that? because that's is how I'm, which I think why my friend said such thing because of the changes or improvement (not to say improvement per se but more toward evolution) that sees in me throughout the time after we were graduated from the university which most of us has step into the corporate world that require me look such away to convey the professionalism that instill whereby casual looks were prohibited in my profession which sometime I envy most of my friend that have `Casual Friday', furthermore I'm an auditor that most of the time requires me to deal with a lot different level of people around the group.

I don't see myself as an urban or modern type of person not because I'm an urbanites (literally) because I was born and breed in Petaling Jaya which I'm so proud of that as the city has developed much since I was born. Actually, I'm just like other people change in the effect of surroundings and environment which that are more towards my physical appearances and no comment on my attitude, that one you can ask from most of my friends on how much that did I changed in term of attitude throughout the years I befriended them.

About women, well I might have said what I `want' but in normal case scenario it usually the actual things will not 100% reflected what I had said before such as `face like and angel and figure like a devil' there are possibilities that I would what I want but still it depends on where and how and me being me I don't think I can get what I want instead what I need (previous experience). So, yes I can give a long list on what I want in for my dream lady but honey, that just a mere list and I bet 50% of the list will not reflecting the actual result. However, If my rezeki is okay, I still hoping that I will get what I want still I doubt it...doubt it hard!.

As my BFF always asked when to get a steady girlfriend and I would give her a mere standard answer on the jodoh and time consuming. Well, in regards to my 2011's resolutions I hope that I can find someone to be with to care and to share. Just wait for it.

2011 New Year resolutions

Each year i'd have list (sort of) new year resolutions and for 2010 most of the items already achieved and yes for this coming new year, hopefully more and more items can be achieved that will bring a new promise to DONE IT! (i know it has been 14 days since the year started, who cares this is my blog and currently i'am very lazy in term of updating the blog, chuckled)

Let's recap for 2010's items:

SAVING (for saving no need specific goals or objective per se ,i.e, to get married, to buy a house ataupun yang sewaktu dengannya) just start saving for emergency purposes or for later days. Thanks to moneyStrand, my financial planning has never be the same again since much more structured yet simplified. Last year I've been testing the moneyStrand and I found it as a good financial monitoring at least for me after using the budget monitoring tool from Malaysian site that base on the Excel worksheet.

NEW CAR, the year 2010 will mark the a new path in my life as I managed to buy my first car after I've been using my 10 years old Perodua Kancil for about 3 years since my study years and I change it to Proton Persona Elegance (yipeee). I must say that I love that car as so far it does not bring me much problem yet hassle (maybe its a first-timer-luck) as for as much that I heard Proton is famous to give up problematic cars to their customer and that not happening to me.

SPEND WISELY, last year I must say that I couldn't fulfill this resolutions as I started to use credit card and I'am so into online shopping and I you see from my statement where most of it stated USD as the currencies and yes I must control this habit for this year (albeit I already do my shopping in the January itself hahaha)

MORE ACTIVE, as last year I had a lot of outstation to do that restricting me from going actives, i.e, gym, basketball or other sport activities and for this year I plan to improve on that by signing up to the gym near my office.

SOLAT, I'am happy that I manage to consistently to perform the solat even though sometimes time will prohibits me too but this is my obligations and I must obey to it.

APPEARENCES, well I would said same as previous year since I started working after graduated which from time to time I tries to improve on how I look, which didn't look like teenagers and to go more towards young-career-oriented person looks. I think I will keep improve on that this year

WORK PERFORMANCE, in view that I already done with my end-of-year review and I must said that I has gotten a good review from my superior which I would said that I have fulfill this objective very well indeed. Tahniah deen!

this are briefly my 2011 resolutions:

to SPEND WISELY need to do this since i am known for my impulse spending streak especially with online shopping from oversea.

to improve on SAVING which I already instructed my banks to transfer part of my salaries to other accounts for saving purposes, I also had the plan to invest in several investment mechanism such as UT, gold and properties which for a long-term will give me insyaAllah some benefits for my retirement.
I will need to place more emphasis on my appearance since my responsibilities has gradually increased that require me to keep a professional image especially to the clients
I think thats all that I think that I can share with you guys (which I think that just about it), if I draft a lengthy
resolutions which I'am afraid that i wouldn't manage to achieve it.

Seingat aku dah lebih 2-3 bulan aku tak workout semacam tahun 2009 melainkan main basketball setiap malam Selasa dan Khamis. Planning je lebih nak alternate day workout iaitu Isnin dan Jumaat akan bertandang ke gimnasium berhampiran tetapi hampeh memang dah jarang gila pergi. Patutlah pembentukan dan kenaikan badan berada pada tahap drastik dan membimbangkan, tak boleh blah lah.

So aku bertekad walaupun aku outstation ni, dari 2 minggu extend ke 3 minggu kat Johor Darul Ta'zim ni, aku pun mengagahkan diri ke gimnasium pada hari ini dan pada hari ini jugaklah aku ke gym 2 kali (tak pernah dibuat dalam hidup aku berkecimpung dalam arena ini). At least aku dah berjaya membuat perkara yang dah lama aku tak buat sejak balik dari outstation Indonesia pada awal tahun ni, sejak tu memang kadar kehadiran ke gym amatlah membimbangkan serta ketidak seimbangan makanan yang diambil membantu menambahkan nombor dalam jumlah berat badan.

Aku amatlah bertekad lepas ni, aku akan bertandang ke gym mengikut jadual (sendiri buat je) demi kebaikan.

Project Chloe: Overview

I have stumble upon on a planning to revamp my beloved Chloe, this are the brief plan for the machine including performance and beautification:

I will replace the stock rims with a new set of wheels in 17" by either from Advan, Lenso, Advanti or the like. I will try my best to use original rims for you Chloe. Cost: RM 2500
Before i increase the power of the horses beneath Chloe, I will put some stopping aid at the rear part of the machine, planning to put disc brake at the, maybe to support the power that will be soon unleash I will put some ATX or Bendix, errr subject to budget availability. Cost: RM 500/pair
The plan is to stabilize the voltage in the car, and I planning to opt for Raizin by Pivot to handle and stabilize all the electricity that running the car from the ECU. Cost: RM 200
To punch up a little bit power before unleash its full potential, I also have plan to change the stock exhaust unit to another twin exhaust unit with new 4-3-1 extractor. Cost: RM 1500

For the mean time, I think this is sufficient enough for my budget and insyaAllah I will post the progress of it in different post.

Salam Aidil Adha to all my muslim friend around the globe. Guess what, this year is my first time I'm celebrating this holy festival away from my family and relatives. For the eid, I usually will celebrate it with them at my dad's hometown in Rembau, Negeri Sembilan alas for the last 23 years I've been there celebrating the eid and for the 1st time in my 24 years of life I celebrate this raya at Johore as it fall during my audit fieldwork in Nusajaya, it is quite sad but I think this is the sacrifice that I've to condone for my job.

Today, just the same thing I've done for the past 23 years I woke up early and ready to perform the solat sunat Aidil Adha, after ate my breakfast at the hotel I asked the boy that pour my coffee for the direction of the nearest mosque and he told me that the nearest will be either at Tebrau or Larkin. Owh, goody I think I will opt for Masjid Larkin as I knew the place that situated near Larking Sentral. I drove there with my baju melayu and yes I made it in time before they started the solah.

After the solah and Aidil Adha sermont, I head down to nearest Petronas to withdraw my money hahaha I run out of money okay, huh. After that, I just go to the Burger King that adjacent to the Petronas and what do you know I had these for my second brekki, hahaha...I'm that hungry okay as I just had light breakfast earlier....

Burger Kind have this new offering, Angus Steakhouse Burger....FFFFUUU, it is so sinful and I ate that with a nice cuppa of Joes, that just made my day in this holy day.

And now, I seat in front of my laptop and writing this blog while having Cadbury Bournville Simply Dark, another sinful thing for this raya.

Few weeks ago, after I came back from my short-N-nice Kuantan trip I stumble upon a brown box with a quite familir logo...oh my it has arrived. At last after waiting for more than 3 weeks even for a small shipment whereby I don't know the cause of the delay (from the merchant to the U.S address), all in all the item has arrived and I was relief. This has arrived....

They used DHL, well at least they used quite prominent logistic provider rather than plain-old airmail. Hmmm, I wonder from who....

Its from SEPHORA, one of the prominent beauty shop in the world, like SASA in Malaysia. You can judge me all you want but I'm buy from therm because I want to test the hopshopgo services and yes in a less than 5 days my package has arrive after I've confirm the shipment. Cool!

Deepavali: Top 5 favorite Indian food

Tomorrow Malaysia will be celebrating one of the most prominent festival for the Hindus which is Deepavali or the festival of light. Happy Deepavali to all my Hindus friends and to others have a happy long weekends!

When it comes to festivities like this, there are always good food, yes abundant of them and for these Deepavali celebration, I would like to share to all of you top 5 of my fav on Indian foods, here goes:

Vadai - Owh my a wholesome doughnut like-fluffy-spicy that is taste good when you have it pipping-hot fresh from the sinful-deep fry-oil. I can't stop to think of it, hmmm...maybe I'm going to have these for lunch and its cheaper than doughnuts, fuck you western doughnuts!
Chapati - A flat bread that made of whole-wheat flour and cooked on a flat skillet with little oil, yes it is healthier that roti canai. Like any other Indian food, it is good when eat with dhall or curry, while some places will offer potatoes-curry or sardines. Wholesome!
Banana leaf rice - Another sinful delicacies and delicious too, I have my favorite place to eat these at Jalan Gasing, and while you enjoy it and add-that-this-and-everything, wait till the bill come. Nonetheless, it taste good and you can have a lot of dishes to get along with the rice and aroma of the banana leaf especially when most of the fried dishes will be fried there and then. Heaven!
Roti Canai - One of Malaysian favorite breakfast that also called as Roti Parata in Singapore and other countries. Best to eat it while it is hot so that you can still taste its fluffiness of the inside and crispy on the outside. Best to eat with dhall and curry.
Masala tea - It is a spiced milky tea where it is a little bit eye-opener (depending amount of spices that were mix into the tea) that an alternative to espresso (another eye-opener in the morning). Good to have is as an after-lunch-drink especially when you just finished a full leaf of banana leaf rice.

The Big Bang Theory in its fourth season that comprise the life of 4 fictional geniuses, one an applied physicist, Leonard Hofstadter, a theoretical physicist, Sheldon Cooper, an aerospace engineer, non-PhD, Howard Wolowitz and a particle astrophysicist, Rajesh Koothrappali that are equally geeky and socially awkward co-workers and friends set in Pasadena, California.

There are also an attractive blonde waitress and aspiring actress, Penny who live across the hall that share their live in most awkward way. Well, I must say that this sitcom always give me a good-silly-laugh since Friends, that 70's show and 3rd Rock From The Sun. While most people, favor How I met your mother but not me as I find that the comedy are somewhat dry, IMHO.

To whom that are searching for a good sitcom for your free-time, this is a must. Enjoy

Sweet Blood

I just love cool and chic design! Most of the things especially packaging can be redesign to get away from the bored-looking all over again. I have been a blood donor for quite some times and all I can see is the old-semi-curve rectangular shaped pouch that indicate with blood information and again look bored and scary.

I have stumble across this cute looking called `The Sweet Donation Bag' which is an attempt to redesign the blood collection pouch. It features a sleeve with a large cut-outs indicating the blood type (A, B, AB & O), how about the `negative' sign for me? as Imma B- person.

The overall design is much more refined that the current-old-looking bag as it looks sturdier. Nonetheless, the looks is slick and tidier to be seen and I guess it won't reduce the needle pain. Lol

What banks that you prefer?

Does it ever come to your mind that actually do we really need a number of banks instead of one? I mean well for me, we should as to cater for different of needs i.e, savings, operational and stuff. Nonetheless, I used to have 5 banks in my custodian and nowadays it has been reduced to 3 banks and I might be adding another one later. These are the 3 banks that I used nowadays:-

Maybank - I used this bank since my final year time (late 2007) when I was in UiTM where the transition from Bank Islam to Maybank. I just into it their ever-popular and ultra efficient online banking portal which is the maybank2u.com. My first credit card also from this bank and I just love it ever since, the short falls of it as i found at the rates and the charges are quite high and some times you didn't notice the hidden charges, maybe because of their good service. Nonetheless, I will continue to use their service.

Bank Islam - This is the bank that I used since I started my UiTM days (mid-2005) as this is their official bank after they change from Affin, and yes, I like their Islamic banking features and used it as my no-touching-saving-account. Since, I have a problem with their online banking features, I just can't comment much on it, but I bet it have improve much since.

Bank Simpanan Nasional - My first formal saving account is from this bank which I opt it when I was in foundation level (mid-2004) and I still used them for my travel savings and sometimes most of my friend will make fun of me as my `student' bank is still active, well it show that I'm a loyal customer.

I have plan to opt for one more bank next year and still in the midst of research and comparison stages as nowadays there are a lot of shariah-based banks in the market and their offer are also quite lucrative.

It's has been a while since I've post a new entry since Raya, how are you guys? feeling great? I hope you guys have a great time on what ever you are doing.

Last weeks, I had the chance to sent my cousins who will be further their studies oversea which Syahida is pursuing her studies in United Kingdom and Najihah in Jordan whilst couples of days before Raya my other cousin, Syahirah went to Ohio, United State of A. I'm very proud of them as a cousin and as a family because at least one member of each family has their representative that were studying overseas including my little brother who continuing his studies at Minnesota, USA, Syakirin, Washington, Syafiqah, Australia, Helmi, Aceh, Kamilah, Jordan, Nadirah, New Zealand and Kak Maryam, Egypt.

What can I said is was, I'm very proud of them as a family members of these family and hope that you will bring whatever knowledge that you had learn to our beloved country.

Me, proud to be UiTM product and insyaAllah I'm considering to pursue my Master abroad too

Salam blow walker,

Yes today is the 2nd day of Hari Raya which I celebrate it to the fullest with my ever loved relatives, cousins and families. But apart the happiness that lies on top of this celebration, there are also more and more clue that still kept me think and wonder mostly about feeling, yes you might think that I'm just a bunch of guys that think to much into this crap things and I should just have fun and enjoy life. Hey, a person need to take care of his/her own feeling right and to do that, the feeling is in need of a clear answer or a clue so that it will lead the person to somewhere or maybe if the answer is not in favour with the feeling that lies beneath into the heart (I really don't like to rely on my heart because sometimes it can hurt myself more).

For me, to start some thing or in my case re-starting...it will need the support from the related party as a catalyze so that the same thing will not or doesn't happen again which the game of heart is not meant to be play again...the clueless feeling which for me it kind of make me uncomfortable even though it is manageable but still the uneasy feeling is still there and it can't just be ignore that easy...it ain't easy.

More people said that to me that, just enjoy your life and until the time comes, it will come to you...for some reason I strongly agree about that but until when? until I reach the age that people will be eager on bombard me with those typical + silly questions that I don't really feel good to give a good answer, in a funny way I can but for how long? I need a strong and concrete answers.

Promises and hope, yes that's something popular these days which there a quite number of people `like' to give that to me that sometimes I feel that, "Are those words are genuine?","Should I believe in your words?" and "Are you kidding me?". Words are easy to use which it can motivate people and also de-motivate one who couldn't think twice before putting the hope on those words and yes I has learn to analyse all the words that coming from the mouth of every people that are pour towards me especially people that like to give their hope, please don't play with words as it can give 1001 meanings and ideas to people that in the receiving end.

This is not an entry about a specific matter and I think it is more towards what I feel, what I think, what I have experience, what I believe and what the thing that make me understand. Regardless of all that, more and more questions kept returning to my mind and I can't resist or run from it as it just not the way.

People, please appreciate if you can think more before you use your words (that's also referring to me) as sometimes your words can build up people's hope with genuine one and the rest will just destroy it with a scar that will lie forever. If you choose to give a clue, give a clue that will leads the person to somewhere that has its end or will give the clear picture, if you can't give those so just forget about giving the clue and just say it straight to the person face. Don't play with people's heart it might waste the receiver time and yours as well.

I know some people just do that maybe because of their bad history and what not which they choose to `try' it to other people to show them what it feels to be hurt. But not all of them are like that, that is why I use the word `some' and the rest usually this issue occur because they still feel uncertain or they are facing peer pressure from people around them.

I'm not writing to show that I'm hurt or mat jiwang or the rest of words/title that you can think off, this is the fact that what I observe which some of them I might have use them and now is the time for me to change for me to be a better person.

Soul Kitchen

This is one nice German language movie to watch, a drama where chef Zinos Kazantsakis runs his restaurant called Soul Kitchen with a little more than a wing and prayer. Despite the rather mediocre yet simple menu, he has a regular customer who seen to enjoy the low prices and friendly atmosphere.

I must say this is one of nice Germany's movie that should be watch by movie goers out there with a nice and simple story line about ups and down of a chef's life. More info you can check it out here and here.

Hey, it's been a while and that day will come in a few days, what day it is of course, we're going to celebrate Hari Raya Aidil Fitri a.k.a Eid Mubaraq =)

InsyaAllah we will be celebrating the Holy month of Syawal on 10 September which is this Friday, yeay!. Personally, it is so sad to leave the Holy month of Ramadhan, the month that InsyaAllah will bring you all the prosperity and redha from Allah SWT as these were the month that we as muslims have the chance to improve our ibadah instead of fasting. We will be missing you =(.

Yes, it will be quite long holiday with celebration and good foods! Just now I received a call from my uncle urge me to come back early to kampung in Rembau, Negeri Sembilan tomorrow morning, ni tak lain tak bukan nak mintak tolong bakar lemang. Well, I think it should be fun, it's been a while since I do that XP

Step Up 3D

The third installment in the Step Up franchise, same-old plot and story with different location (New York). You can bunch of previous Step Up character being brought forward for this time around like Moose, Camille, Smile, Cable and Kido. As usual, the dance move getting better through out the movie and goes also for the songs with added pump of 3D where you can feel the water splashing in your face (not literally).

All in all, it is one of good movie for this kind of genre after You're Got Served and yes this movie is better to be watch in 3D, no kidding.

Last few-nights, after a long wait I managed to get my hand on my new basketball kicks which I bought from my friend's sister that currently studying in UK with a low-ball price!. Even though for an old model, in Malaysia these old model of Nikes will still cost you about RM 170 and above and sometime when you have the money they don't have the size for your small asian foot..sigh.

At last after few years venturing into this game without the proper basketball shoes, and now I've have the chance to improve my game with this new kicks. I love this game!

Salam, to blog walkers,

Congratulation! a big one to my beloved country as yesterday 31st August 2010, we has gone 53 years of Independence and we will also be celebrating the Malaysia day on the 16 of September 2010, which mark the day that Malaya been combine with the Borneo island and become Malaysia on the same date 1969.

Today, is 1st September, new month in Muslim holy month of Ramadhan 1431H where there are about 10 days before we are celebrating Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

New month, new planning, new objective, new attitude (I really hope on this) and new aggressiveness towards work. Nonetheless, as we become older day by day, we must learn to improve ourself (that also apply to me) and we must do the best that we can to fulfill our dream.

Make the most of today as yesterday has pass us by and new day tomorrow will come.

As I browsing around my Google Reader I have stumble upon the new update from one of my favorite packaging site that I've subscribed and yes it is a packaging for a stereo earphone by Panasonic, behold....

This cool looking packaging created for the Stereo Earphones Headphones RP-HJE 130 Panasonic. Designed by the German agency Schold & Friends, what a cool name for an agency beside the typical `group' or partner instead of `friends', creative. This packaging was inspired by the shape of a musical note for an effect as effective as simple.

I found that this type of packaging really bring out the functionality of the products which is a stereo earphone and specialized for music lover with the tag line `made for music', its really bring the products up. Nonetheless, i think this how they should package the earphone rather that usual plastic-pack in the market now. What do you guys think?

Pursuant to item 3 in previous entry here, I've received a sweet present from one my my dearest friends for my belated birthday. She said that, she don't have anything else to give instead of this, well I think this is very cool and thoughtful of her (yes she is a lady), at least you remember my birthday and the best part is that I have a present!

It is a caricature of me and her sit side by side in a convertible with a registration number DEEN 24, another cool! stuff and you were driving, heheh well good for you and I heard that you have get back to driving well I will wait for you to drive me around in DEEN 24 =P. I'm very sorry that at first I didn't recognize the figure as it was dark in the car. I don't remember we used to go to the Taming Sari tower together? XP....I though you with the girls aite.

About the girl, I've known her indirectly back in 2004 when we was in Malacaa to pursue our A-Level study and apparently she was in different class. We just got the chance to know each other well we we were in the same class and group back then when we were in UiTM in 2005, and I still remember at that time she still with one of my friend from matriculation days and the story are history. Now, after nearly 7 years, we are still friends, and I remember last year I've confessed to you how I felt towards you and I think it was silly ait..hahahaha. Well, anyways thanks for still being my friend despite of the awkwardness after the `event' and I still think it is funny and I'm smiling while typing this.

Appreciate for the present, you are so sweet and sorry for the delay on posting this so called article (I think it is much more of a journal than article..hehehe). Maybe we can hang-out later like the before without the awkwardness of course (fingers crossed...).

Today, last night I think I'm happy because of several reason as follows:

Chloe is clean again, yes couple hours after sahoor, subuh prayer, movies and newspaper reading later I went downstairs and picked up the pail and several beautification products for my girl. Head outside and fill the pail with tap water and mix it up with the special shampoo from your nearest shop. Now she looked beautiful again and yes Chloe is my new baby girl a car, silly? I don't think so.
Iftar with my UiTM-mates at Red Wok, Seksyen 7 Bangi (will upload some of the picture later) which for me the place was a good place for people who craves for a steamboat + pan-grill style food like Seoul Garden but you don't need to put a hole in your pockets to enjoy a good meal. Thanks Anna for the reservation and thanks guys for the invite, hope we will meet again for our usual Raya Tour. About Red Wok, definitely will go there again..it quite nice I must say, minus the crowd for the Iftar whoishh.

Karaoke, at first we are planned to sing-our-heart-out at this karaoke parlour near Wangsa Walk, but when we reached there after the Iftar..OMG, look at the crowd and the we decided to go to Neway karaoke at Cheras Plaza and yes we managed to get a room and the rates were quite reasonable and at first we were given up till 5 a.m, but we has to stop at 2.30 a.m because one of us need to get back, its okay...next time 3 hours straight guys!.
Early sahoor at McD, ahhh..its been 1++ years since I've been to McD, reason? well you know well enough. Nonetheless, as far as majority is concerned, I have no choice to have my meal there as my parents were currently at kampong and I'm all alone here (yes, typing this entry).

Well overall, after more that 10 hours outside I think it is one of my day that make me happy especially item no 4.(thanks again!) and Sunday is today..what I will do today after I wake up later?...any idea?

I'm quite agreed with my home boy, phish that currently I'am more into writing, even though most of it are crap but at least I have passion into it rather that what I do for a living. These few days back make me pissed off of myself as I really don't know what to do as I don't excel in the area that I've been assigned to and yes I'am aware that more-or-less it make my colleagues agitated but still it can't be help it. help me!

This is a one hell-off challenge for to do this new area and it not that I'm being ignorance or self-fish but I just don't understand the process of it, hey you can't expect that a year long work to be understand by 2-3 days especially from a person like me!. It so frustrating sometime, I want to help but I just can't give much even though I try to give the best that I can.

Still will try my best, and very..very sorry for the burden that you guys have to bear. (not that bear..ahahah).Ok now I'm making silly joke.

Memerangi Syarikat Umbrella (Fighting Umbrella Corporation)

Sudah diketahui umum dari siri Residen Evil (RE) yang awal lagi, yang Umbrella Corporation merupakan sebuah sindiket yang penuh dengan rancangan rahsia untuk menakluki dunia (a very typical intro,yes?).

Okay, the fact is that this is the 4th installment from the previous trilogy of REs and they called it as Resident Evil: After Life aka REAL (okay, I think I just made that). This time they will bring it in 3D, yes ladies and gentlemen there's going to be a lot of action packed in latest 3D technology as I've seen the trailer the picture look real crisp and yes ALICE (Milla Jovovich) looked much more hotter in 3D.

Like the previous franchise of RE, the story goes in a world ravaged by virus infection that turning its victims into the zombies, yes the slow + creepy looking creature or the Undead. ALICE continues on her journey to find survivor and yes encounter with minions from Umbrella Corporation with deadlier battle than before.

Now she will not be fighting alone as she will get the assistance from an old friend that will fight the rampage of Umbrella's Undead that will takes them to LA, which they don't know whats waiting for them there, a deadly trap!. If will be given the chance to take the part of ALICE or CLAIRE (yes the comrades that is playes by Ali Larter) with Chris (Wentworth Miller), as usual follow my heart and my brain with lots-of-bad-ass-weapons and deadly-rides, I will dash through the millions of Undead that try to stop me! Kill-em-ALL! and yes head-shot is a must!

At first i couldn't believe both my ears and my ears, my ears as Phat Fabs and Nadia from Fly.FM, announce that there will be Spiderman the live performance which as we know as Broadway in the US that will be showing in November. This morning I just laugh at it as `who am i kidding?' Spiderman? Broadway?...where he want to tangle himself in the small amphitheater, they must be joking.

I surf the web to confirm it, well Spidey is one of my favorite character and yes I don't believe that they can do a live-performance in Broadway for Spiderman and in musical. Yes, it is confirmed that the `Spiderman: Turn Off The Dark', yes that is the title of the show will be directed by Julie Taymor and based on the book by Julie herself and Glen Berger. Apart from that, the musical part will be handle by Bono and The Edge, yes! you hear me right, its Bono from U2, how cool is that!.

Alhamdulillah hari ini bermula lah we'all berpuasa and insyaAllah we'all diberi peluang oleh Allah SWT untuk mengharungi hari ini dah hari2 mendatang dengan ketabahan dan kekuatan.

Okay, mukadimah dah settle now me part, wah hari ini aku bagun tido untuk bersahur dengan sakit kedua-dua belah kaki merujuk kepada malam semalam selepas solat terawih ak membelasah 3 game bola keranjang di court biasa di ss1, kedatangan player malam tadi? menyedihkan because there were only 4 of us that came last night and aku cam biase akan teruskan jugak kerana passion aku terhadap sukan omputeh ni hahaha walaupun tak hebat mane pun =_=..

Berbalik kepada cerita kaki aku sakits (plural boleh letak dalam bahasa melayu tak..hahaha jangan marah cikgu, takpe nanti aku letak italic). Kesakitan pertama dialami mungkin kerana sudah lama tak berdiri lama, asal gune dua perkataan sama aduh...so nak dijadikan cerita, 1 night of solat terawih dapat Iman juara tah'fiz memang menarik ah dia membacakan ayat2 suci Al-Quran, layang memang layan tapi mungkin kaki aku ni tak biasa sangat (oit lutut lemah ke) dan menahan la aku sepanjang 8 raka'at solat aku, lepas solat terus pergi pick-up meo and ashriq terus ke court.

Kaki kedua sakit sebab silap sendiri ke silap court aku pun tak pasti, nak cakap silap bola tak boleh because bola sentiasa di tangan bukan dikaki, perhatian ini adalah permainan bola keranjang atau basketball yang memang mengunakkan tangan. Ok, enough with the desciption, tak silap aku benda ni terjadi pada pertengahan game ke-2, apabila team aku (wah bajet ramai walhal 2 orang je) apabila hantaran mula diberikan aku mencuba untuk barge in tapi tak semena-mena terpeleot a.k.a terseliuh kaki aku kekiri, shock die boleh tahan gak, terhincut, terjingkit2 aku berjalan and yes, aku degil and memandangkan team aku tengah leading, ape lagi meneruskan perlawanan yang berbaki lagi 2 mata and yes, last 2 mata aku satu and anwar satu, nice! and kaki aku masih sakit.

Hari ini pulak, mental block second wave iaitu, until this blog written bow, I'm still doesn't have any idea on what I should do about this audit, yes this is Financial Management audit and I'm a marketing guy which in other words 'auditing is my bidang terjun'. Whisk, Serai and Empire

What does these three got to do with the post, well Whisk and Serai were both located at the Empire Shopping Galery, Subang.

It was Sunday afternoon, me and a couple of friends were plan to hang-out at this new mall near Subang Parade, (infront of Sime Darby building) which I only had one in my mind: I want macarons!

Ish...why is my back look wet....no comment

Before we went to the Empire Shopping Gallery, I had to pick-up my friends at 2 different location and it takes me about 1 and half hour until we reached at Subang Jaya, thanks to the traffic jam and my rusty navigation skills. Anyway, I this first few weeks they are giving the shoppers a free parking and yes there are a lot of people came to the mall.

At first we did noticee Whisk (the place that initially I want to go) but reminding that we haven't have our lunch so we head to the restaurant just in front of Whisk which is Serai.

This is a nice restaurant that serve mostly Malay foods but there also have steak burgers (yumm...must try that next time). The ambient is nice and cozy and the crowd also not to bad, it shows that the food is actually good!

Serai Platter: The rice is soft and the Chicken is crispy outside with the fluffiness of its meat
with the right amount of spiciness

Nasi Ambeng: An Old-Johore Delicacies with a modern twist and my friend like
it to be in this size and the lamb rendang is good too

Milky Bandung: Old time rose syrup + soda + condensed milk
a truly sinful drink

Honeydew Blast: The taste was mind-blasting (so its name), honey dew extract
with a hint of lemon taste

After we scatter around which the place is quite okay for shopping, most of the renowned brand are there. Well, after all the walking, we head down to Whisk and yeah, I need to wait outside of the shop as it was full-house.

Red Velvet cake: One of the famous cake here in whisk, which is one of a
must-to-have and its goes very well with a cup of brew of the day
of cappuccino...nice!

All in all both both Serai and Whisk has gave me a different experience of eating, and you can have it side by side. It is a worth to try, and I would go to Whisk again to try their other signature desserts like Mockingbird cake, Carrot cake, cupcakes and yes they are also have the Red Velvet in the form of cupcakes.

I like the post that being wrote by fellow blogger, Matjoe which I think its quite norm nowadays. Let's talk about living, to be the fact living as a Muslims, here goes, have you ever heard this kind of statement?

I don't perform the sollah as I don't want to be told as hypocrite, what the reason I need to pray when I'm not sincere in doing it and also for the sake of showing off, like getting attention

I don't wear hijab/`tudung' as I don't want the people said that I'm a hypocrite. There are people out there, yes they are wearing tudung but still showing off their bust and their figure to be seen by people surrounding. Ustazah also wear long `tudung' but still some of them involve in sex video with warden.

Is it okay that I'm having fun with prostitute even though I have the desire to married but well, jodoh haven't come to me yet. Is not that I'm raping the school girl like all the pedophile in my van.

Well, I heard that...a lot!. Most of these people saying that they don't want to be said as hypocrite and gave all the bad examples as in that what are they are doing is right. Well, the fact is that, we as a Muslim, we devote to our religion and goes behind out 5 `rukun Islam', and to believe in the 6 of `rukun' iman doesn't give you the right and excuses to not being hypocrite.

Not praying/perform the solah - Whats is wrong with praying and nurture our heart so that the show off intention does not the reason, Yes, there are people pray to show off but collectively, most Muslim pray as to show that they obey to the religion and it is our obligation to do that. Remember, by performing the solah whereby it is one of the way for us to be connected with the Creator.

Not wearing tudung - Please girls, wear your tudung and dress appropriate as it does bring your good image especially for 1st impression. As such, when wearing the tudung, please wear it properly as not showing your bust and your figure as it will bring misleading to other people. In our religion, it is clear that to cover the aurat is mandatory, as such why there are need to compare with the long tudung wearer (ustazah) that having sex scandal. Maybe, you who not wearing tudung said that you have a good heart and attitude to compare with the ustazah because you don't involve in the sex scandal. Notwithstanding this, it is the best that you wear the tudung and doesn't involve in any sex scandal or social problem.

Having fun with prostitute - When there are in need to find your eternal soul mate, there are always better way rather than to test it out with the prostitute. Islam has thought us to in relationship in the from of ijab and kabul or to get married with the other person that you loved to fulfill our desire and lust. Prostitute?, don't you have the fear of AIDS, HIV and other sex related disease?, until you need to were 2 layer of condom, well I think it is crap...don't even mention the time that you will be raid/ambush by JAIS...ashamed + free marriage.

Well my Muslim brothers and sisters, think about it deeply that most of the things that I've mentioned just bring a short term of fun and the consequences will be long-term, i.e. rape, child dumping, etc. Please think it throughly.

Just my though for the love of my brothers, sisters and Islam.

Look at the poster for the first time, I was amazed as Vanessa Hudgens (High School Musical) will be one of the female cast in the latest movie by Lagendary Picture (Inception, Dark Knight) that will set in the 1950s era. As the synopsis from IMDB stated

Inception - 2nd viewing

Pursuant to my previous post last week on Inception , I hereby reckon that it is worth for the movie buff out there especially fans of either Christopher Nolan or Leonardo DiCaprio or both! the original ideas behind the movie is uber fantastic and mind-blowing as I've watched it 2nd times now and maybe will be going for third.

Last Satuday, I went to watch this

Two-thumbs up to Leonardo DiCaprio (Dom), Joseph Gondon Levitt (Arthur), Ellen Page (Ariadne) and directed by Christopher Nolan (Dark Knight..obviously) for giving the worth-every-penny type of movie. Yes, my disappointment after watching Ong Bak 3 on the same day was resolve after watching this quality movie.

I always wonder if the use of the word sorry could be the problem solver or in another word, wipe away the grudge or any mistake that has been done (read: damages) by either of the person. As I found that it just merely yes or no depends on the receivable from the other person.

Being a human, made mistake are one of the things to couldn't be left out, as I'm very regret what I have done before to this lovely person where I do care as much as I can. Eventually, on that particular day, I don't know what went wrong, suddenly my anger burst like I couldn't imagine (read: only Allah SWT knows). I though that that day, we could be good and have a laugh together as a friend but the devil in me don't allow that to happen so yes, it doesn't end well, what a fool of me.

As I try as sincere as I can to apologize, still if doesn't do any good. Sadly speaking, I'm very disappointed of myself as I couldn't control the emotion in me, maybe this is the first time that I've met this kind of situation. Lesson learned, and I would never do anything like this again, full of regret and stupidity.

I hope i don't lose those two person as a friend and I hope their perception towards me will going to change gradually even though it might take a long time. Well hoping is not a crime right?

I want to clarify that, I am not a person as you see that day despite my bad attitude that day...I still don't know what went wrong and what am I thinking.

Well people disappoint you without knowing that the feeling of the person and well sometime without them even knowing about it. Noted that human couldn't read other humans mind.

Without concrete reason, people tend to break the feeling and just go away with it, i don't think it is fair.

Last weekend me a couples of my colleagues went to Terengganu for a `Mencandat Sotong' trip or Squid jiggling. It was a hell-lot-of-fun and even though I only managed to jiggle 2 squids but the experience of it from riding the fishermen's boat, waiting for the squid to bite the bait, fighting with the squid, sleeping at the boat's roof, squid's delicacies and enjoyed it with bunch of good friends.

Will do it again..definitely!

Universal Studio Singapore experience on 16th May, the ticket price at that time for weekends is about SGD 77 (RM 169), quite pricey I must said if foreign exchange take into account but you also will get meal voucher worth SGD 10 and retail voucher worth SGD 5 to splurge which all in all the ticket will only cost you SGD 62 (still pricey for a theme park) but don't compare this theme park to any of the theme park that we have here in Malaysia, at least we get the chance to experience the hint of Universal Studio theme park in the US in our own shore. Thanks to RW for the effort.

It has been a while since i left this blog with my story as for the last 3 weeks, I'm on working trip to Indonesia...Bali, Semarang and Jakarta to be specific which the only post that I managed to bring up was the post on the Gatsby Street Fair. I will not write about my wonderful adventure that I had while I'm in Indonesia (which I really were having fun there instead of working!), whereas this is about the new kicks that I've acquire while I'm wondering alone in The Gardens last Sunday.

The DJ Premier x Nike Air Force 1 Low has distinctive design of black, darn green, dark blue colourway with premium materials being used on the upper which mostly leather, a soft leather too which I like it very much. A sleek design with laser engraved details onto the upper, including DJ Premier that written over the two heels at the back.

The in-sole (Air-SoleTM) comes with all-over design and the outer sole is translucent with a design underneath and the upper also comes with contrasting stitching, matching colourway of the tongue tag.

This is the country that will be my next destination as insyaAllah starting next week i will be working there for about 3 weeks. Apparently, I've already been there...no, not Bali how cliche, last year I was accompany my dad and my grandmother. The reason was that both of them wanted to sent my grandmother's maid to her hometown in Bondowoso which is an up-hill area in the East Java where it took a mere 8 hours travel by car from the Bandarudara Juanda (Juanda Airport) which is in the city of Surabaya.

Yes, this time around insyaAllah i will go to several places in Indonesia like Denpasar, Semarang and Jakarta itself. I hope that i will have a good time while i'm in Indonesia even though this time around it is not a leisure travel whereby it is more to business travel a.k.a working.

Maybe i will post some pictures or writing from there.

Semalam, baru ak tersedar walaupun sudah acap kali aku gunakan material ini. Petang semalam, seraya aku keluar dari LRT yang pada masa itu hujan turun dengan lebatnya. Aku tunggu di stesen itu sambil menikmati roti ban gourmet Gardenia (produk baru mungkin) yang agak lazat dinikmati dan lebih lazat lagi bila ada secangkir kopi panas untuk memanaskan badan.

Sudah berasa bosan menunggu, aku turun kebawah untuk memanaskan badan aku dengan gulungan kertas berisi tembakau dan 4,000 bahan kimia lain (seperti tertera di kotak). Baru aku sedari, pemetik api sudah kutinggalkan diperjabat, kerana pemetik api tu sudah ku consider sebagai gunaan di pejabat sahaja dan tanpa membuang masa ak pergi menegur salah seorang brother yang juga sedang menikmati tembakau dalam gulungan kertas bermacam-macam jenama, `bang, pinjam lighter bang', brader itu dengan sukacitanya meminjamkan aku pemetik api dan seraya itu aku menyedut asap bakaran tembakau dengan nikmatnya.

Pada masa aku menikmati sedutan tembakau di bawah stesen LRT itu, aku terpikir satu idea yang agak biasa tapi mungking efektif untuk aku tidak membuang masa jikan hendak menunggu hujan berhenti. Aku membuka beg aku dan mengambil surat khabar terbitan percuma (yang boleh didapati dimana-mana sahaja seperti stesen-stesen LRT, dan cafe-cafe. Tanpa membuang masa aku membuka helaian tersebut dan terus meluru ke kereta aku berteduhkan surat khabar tersebut.

Pada masa itu aku sedari, salah satu kegunaan surat khabar selain membekalkan informasi dan ilmu pengetahuan ialah memberi perlindungan daripada hujan.

Well my outstation for 2010 year kick-off in this month of February where I've been assigned (actually we) to go to Perlis for our assignment in one of group subsidiaries there (Chuping, Perlis). Actually this is my second time being here as last year in the month of March I also came here to do new assignment and this year is just a follow-up.

Apparently, the place hasn't change much since my last visit here. They just completed the shades for the parking which the car or moto-bike will still get wet in the rain as the shades is just made from the fabric that can be found in the nursery to minimize amount of rain that drops into the plant (well you get the picture). Like last year and also to other team, we are given the lodging at one of the well-known-on hotel in Kangar.

Today, again we've the chances to enjoy ourselves with the famous Nasi-Ganja-Maybank, well it is not they put dope into the rice as people there said that when u've tried it you will definitely want to have it again (well they are not bluffing). It is called Fatimah Nasi Kandar and it is located opposite the Maybank and in-front of the Anika supermarket. Little that i know and suprisingly the taste is still the same after one year we had it at the 1st time. The price still the cheapest nasi kandar that i've tried compare to the price in the Klang Valley and Penang (huhuhu...).

The Alienware M11x, with over 6.5 hours of battery life and weighing under 4.5 lbs. will start at an amazing $799! that is about RM 2.8k (at most it will be RM 3.5k) if Dell Malaysia manage to bring this little beast into this region (I can't wait!). It is about time to change my old laptop already as it has serve me a glorious 2 years for work and play.

At last there is netbook with a masculine look as most of the netbook nowadays look very girlish to me. Still, a little bit curious, is it me or it is a norm that all netbook come without any optical drive i.e. DVD or Blu-ray, in that case it must be accompany with an external optical drive

Fame

I never watched the original film, subsequent television show or stage musical, the only exposure I had was its memorable + catchy theme song which is given the pop remix treatment in this updated retelling.

80s Fame

As last night i manage to watch the remake of this famous flick and I had a lot of fun watching Fame. It is a grown-up version of High School Musical with a little less gloss and plastic. Fame is a little more mature – and it's funkier.

Fame is based in a New York Performing Arts school where kids audition to get in and then spend their formative high school years immersed in theatre, song and dance while at the same time maintaining a good grade point average in their academic work.

2010 Fame (released in the US in 2009)

The movie starts out with the characters happy and positive but along the way they are faced with real life issues that are faced by all performing arts students whether the decision is to drop out of school or whether they are just not good enough to be in a performing arts school in the first place.

The reality faced by struggling artists is, however, only lightly depicted as the industry is definitely darker than what we think it to be.

Asher Book plays Marco, the aspiring singer, and he really does have a good romantic voice. Anybody who hears him will fall in love with him. Naturi Naughton plays Denise Dupree, a classical pianist in training who decides that she wants to become a hip-hop singer and has to face up to her parents; she is a really good singer who gives Irene Cara a run for her money with her rendition of Out Here On My Own.

If you are a fan of So You Think You Can Dance then you will know finalist Kherington Payne who plays Alice, the best dancer in the school. She has a youthful exuberance and charisma and is the perfect fit as the aspiring dancer whose dream is to get admitted into a dance troupe.

But when it focuses on showing these youngsters displaying their talent, on the beauty of the performing arts and the struggles faced by practitioners of these arts, then Fame really excels.
